About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary helpdesk technician for a global team
- Troubleshoot and maintain Apple endpoints
- Provision, configure, and manage laptops and mobile devices using MDM tools
- Provide AV tech support for webinars, remote meetings, and onsite events
- Support domestic and international hardware logistics
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to automate IT operations
- Write and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response using SIEM/EDR tools
- Improve vendor relationships and IT infrastructure roadmaps
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing corporate IT systems
- Strong hands-on experience with macOS and iOS administration
- Deep understanding of user administration
- Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Jamf
- Working knowledge of AV systems and remote collaboration tools
- Experience with SaaS application management and access control
- Familiarity with office networking and EDR endpoint security tools
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- Located in or willing to commute to San Francisco
