IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and networking equipment
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support to end-users via ticketing systems, phone, or in-person
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control using Active Directory
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and IT policies
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures including antivirus, firewalls, and backups
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT integrations
• Maintain regular updates and patches for all systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
• Understanding of Company Portal
