About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets including PC and software procurement, distribution, recovery, and disposal
- Provide rapid troubleshooting and technical support for hardware and software issues
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Improve IT service processes and optimize infrastructure based on internal user requirements
Requirements
- Experience in IT asset management or helpdesk operations
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Experience using IT asset management systems such as ERP or ITSM solutions
- Ability to travel overseas if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or operating ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA
- Possession of IT-related certifications
- English communication skills for supporting global offices and foreign employees
- High interest in new IT devices and technology trends
