IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for support needs including onboarding, offboarding, and access requests
• Manage Workplace and Warehouse Technologies and implement best practices
• Define and complete technical projects to impact the business
• Proactively improve and automate processes through documentation and knowledge sharing
• Support team members across hardware and software platforms

Requirements

• Working knowledge of MacOS, Windows, iOS, or Android
• Understanding of Google Workspace, Azure, Atlassian, Intune, and Jamf
• Experience with LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures
• Knowledge of FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco switches, and Cisco Wireless
• Valid EU / UK driver's license
• Ability to travel to sites across the Nordics and Europe
• Strong communication and analytical skills
