Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy new desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Automate and improve user on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Build and maintain an inventory of IT assets
• Support and troubleshoot endpoints, network devices, and peripheral issues
• Manage regional IT infrastructure across multiple locations
• Manage directory and authentication operations and requests
• Ensure compliance of company-issued laptops with baseline standards
• Assist in periodic audits on user access to systems
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot Jira Project boards
• Write scripts and code to automate repetitive tasks
• Conduct awareness training for users
• Provide second- and third-tier technical support
• Monitor automation systems and perform regular maintenance
• Leverage AI tools to improve support efficiency and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in a similar IT role
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and remote administration
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android OS
• Hands-on experience with network administration and IT hardware/software installation
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in fast-paced work environments
• Ability to translate complicated technical issues into user-friendly solutions
• Experience executing complex operational projects with multiple stakeholders
