Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to build civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable, hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees
  • Support the MDM fleet across macOS, iOS, and Windows
  • Troubleshoot in-office network and A/V systems
  • Administer and improve Okta and core SaaS tooling, including integrations and RBAC
  • Manage procurement and asset lifecycles
  • Build automations to reduce manual work and write technical documentation
  • Own employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements

  • Experience administering Okta (users, groups, app integrations)
  • Experience managing MDM across macOS and Windows
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and exposure to Office 365
  • Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices
  • Experience building automations using code or no-code tools
  • Strong technical writing skills for documentation
  • Security-first mindset regarding identity and access management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with no-code/low-code automation (Okta Workflows, n8n, Zapier, Workato)
  • Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
  • Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS frameworks
  • Familiarity with AI tools, agents, and MCPs
  • Experience with HRIS integrations (Deel, Rippling, Workday)
  • Fluency with APIs and webhooks
