IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective support for end-user issues within SLA times
• Lead and participate in infrastructure improvement projects
• Manage enterprise desktop environments including Windows, Mac OS, and mobile devices
• Administer Office 365 services including SharePoint and OneDrive
• Resolve complex support tickets using ConnectWise
• Troubleshoot network issues including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
• Manage Windows environments, Active Directory, and virtual server infrastructures
• Act as a liaison for EMR/EHR vendor management and healthcare application support
• Provide high-level IT support to executive and senior leadership teams
• Deliver end-user training and mentor junior technicians

Requirements

• 5+ years in a helpdesk or advanced technical role
• Previous experience in Healthcare IT or a high-compliance industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS environments
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs and climbing ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco, or Microsoft certifications
• Experience with ConnectWise
• Familiarity with troubleshooting medical software and equipment
