IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve IT system issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing continuous process improvements
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and secure device deactivation
• Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using MDM tools to ensure security compliance
• Administer Okta, including lifecycle management, SSO integrations (SCIM/SAML/OIDC), and group-based access controls
• Support and enhance IT systems and SaaS applications such as Entra ID and Google Workspace
• Perform basic network troubleshooting for LAN and WAN environments
• Maintain Audio/Video systems for conference rooms and manage hardware inventory and asset records

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical role
• 2+ years of experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints via MDM (Jamf and Intune)
• Experience with Identity Management administration and user/group management
• Basic network troubleshooting experience (LAN, WAN, patch management)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
• Experience working within an agile framework and using ITSM platforms like Jira Service Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions and automation for operational efficiency
• Proficiency with GAM (Google Apps Manager)
• Working knowledge of Linux environments
• Familiarity with Zero-Trust security principles and Okta Workflows
• Experience managing physical access control systems
• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
