IT Engineer 2

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health, operating efficiency, and scalability of production, testing, and development environments across multiple clients
• Install, maintain, and upgrade internal and external computer hardware and software systems used for product design, development, and deployment
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Services, Engineering Implementation Services, and support teams to provision and set up environments
• Propose and implement system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Provide technical assistance and hands-on participation to manage enterprise applications
• Train personnel on system usage

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of related experience
