IT Engineer 1

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware and software systems.
• Provide hands-on management for troubleshooting and maintaining dev, test, and production environments for multi-tenant clients.
• Control user access and password management.
• Propose and implement system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Monitor system usage and performance metrics.
• Train personnel on proper system usage.
• Support internal and direct environments specifically for IQVIA Health SaaS applications.

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience in IT or systems engineering.
• Experience with hardware and software installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex dev, test, and production environments.
• Knowledge of user access and password management protocols.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
