IT Engineer 1

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware and software systems
• Provide hands-on management for troubleshooting and maintaining development, test, and production environments
• Control user access and password management
• Propose and implement system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Monitor system usage and performance metrics
• Train personnel on proper system usage
• Support internal and direct environments for IQVIA Health SaaS applications

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience in IT or systems engineering
• Experience with hardware and software installation
• Ability to troubleshoot development and production environments
• Experience with user access management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field
