About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems to ensure operational continuity
  • Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and conference room AV equipment
  • Support core systems including Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN access
  • Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and large-scale deployments
  • Document technical solutions and processes for the internal knowledge base and SOPs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS environments
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure and Microsoft Intune
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid work environments
