About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues to ensure system stability
  • Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Support systems including Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN access
  • Manage conference room AV setups such as Crestron and Logitech
  • Assist with IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
  • Document technical solutions and processes for the internal knowledge base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure and Microsoft Intune
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid work environments
