Responsibilities
- Provide onsite end-user support and smart hand support to other technical towers
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications
- Manage site-level inventory and local support ticket queues
- Escalate system outages or production-impacting problems
- Lead local onsite desktop support members and validate ticket assignment timeframes
- Comply with all company policies and standards
Requirements
- College or university degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a technical or professional area
- Ability to use deductive reasoning to solve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas
- Ability to work self-guided and follow standardized procedures
