IT End User Specialist

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical issues from Tier 1 support regarding hardware, software, and network configurations
• Perform installations and configurations for software, hardware updates, and security patches
• Set up and deploy new user workstations and accounts while maintaining accurate configuration records
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and communication systems to ensure reliable access
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, workstations, and troubleshooting processes
• Provide training and documentation to end users on new systems and security best practices
• Ensure all workstations and systems comply with organizational security standards and conduct periodic audits
• Manage and document the lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware and software
• Maintain conference room and collaboration systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
• Proficiency in IT troubleshooting, software/hardware configuration, and network support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for user interaction and process documentation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage small projects and meet deadlines
