IT Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a regional IT strategy aligned with STS priorities and KBR global IT frameworks
• Transform IT from a transactional support function into a strategic business partner
• Drive adoption of digital tools, AI, and data solutions to improve operational efficiency and asset performance
• Build and lead a high-performing regional IT team to reduce reliance on international support models
• Ensure compliance with KBR IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support business development and bidding activity with innovative technology solutions
• Manage IT-related risks, including data protection and business continuity

Requirements

• 15+ years of directly related IT experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• Senior IT leadership experience within engineering, energy, or infrastructure environments
• Proven track record in IT transformation and building regional capabilities
• Experience managing operations within the Middle East and/or India
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link IT performance to project and contract success
