IT Digitalization Intern

Responsibilities

• Optimize IT document management and vendor management processes
• Assist in the design and creation of training materials to support long-term sustainability
• Manage contractual and system-related customer requirements
• Participate in daily customer escalation calls and internal operations meetings
• Support inventory and operational control, ensuring physical inventory accuracy against system records
• Monitor KPIs including installed capacity versus demand, labor planning, and scrap levels
• Act as a key point of contact for customer and internal teams to escalate production or shipping risks

Requirements

• Active college student with at least one year remaining before graduation
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency
• Must currently reside in Nuevo León, Mexico
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a creative and responsible mindset
