IT & Digital Systems Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of new IT platforms including requirements, vendor evaluation, and deployment
• Architect and oversee the integration of key platforms such as LIMS, ERP, CRM, and CMS
• Maintain and scale company CRM systems like NetSuite or HubSpot
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into R&D and operational workflows
• Lead cybersecurity strategy including vulnerability management and access control
• Provide hands-on IT troubleshooting and endpoint management

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in IT systems integration or digital platform development
• Experience in biotech, CRO, or regulated life sciences environments
• Strong understanding of software architecture, integration frameworks, and API design
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, project management tools, and BI/reporting systems
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in Mandarin
