IT & Digital Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and develop the school’s IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment (Office 365, Teams, etc.)
• Support and develop digital learning platforms, school software solutions, and educational apps
• Manage user accounts, access rights, software licenses, and end-user devices including laptops and iPads
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors
• Ensure data quality, security, and integrity through robust backup and data protection concepts
• Provide first- and second-level IT support for teachers and administrative staff
• Conduct training sessions for staff on digital applications and AI-based tools in education
• Contribute to the school’s digital strategy, innovation projects, and IT budget planning

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in IT support, system administration, or digital project management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Office 365 and Teams
• Strong knowledge of networks, device management, cloud services, and IT security
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented working style
• Fluency in English; German language skills are highly preferred
