About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise data and information systems with a focus on CRM
- Translate business needs into actionable software solutions and manage full-cycle development
- Administer user access, licenses, roles, and permissions across various platforms
- Drive artificial intelligence adoption, change management, and continuous system improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Create dashboards and reporting tools using advanced data modeling and visualization techniques
- Support the global deployment of new processes and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, specifically with Sales Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, and security protocols
- Experience with BI tools such as QlikSense, Microsoft Access, and Excel
- Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
