IT Developer and System Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise data and information systems with a focus on CRM
• Translate business needs into actionable software solutions and manage full-cycle development
• Administer user access, licenses, roles, and permissions across various platforms
• Drive artificial intelligence adoption, change management, and continuous system improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
• Create dashboards and reporting tools using advanced data modeling and visualization techniques
• Support the global deployment of new processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, specifically with Sales Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, and security protocols
• Experience with BI tools such as QlikSense, Microsoft Access, and Excel
• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
