IT Deployment Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain hardware equipment within the Roubaix Datacentre
• Rack and de-rack servers to optimize the server fleet and bay space
• Replace obsolete server components and manage hardware reception and tracking
• Perform quality tests to ensure server functionality before delivery
• Utilize IT tools and communication interfaces such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and quality management systems

Requirements

• Degree level BAC+2/DUT/BTS or Bac Pro in IT, Networks, or Telecommunications
• Strong knowledge of hardware and infrastructure
• Technical English proficiency
• Valid driving license (Permis B)
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with strict adherence to industrial safety standards
• Rigorous, organized, and team-oriented mindset
