IT Department Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own the cadence and structure of department meetings, including building agendas and taking detailed notes
• Track action items and follow up with owners to ensure completion
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective and existing vendors and manage logistics for calls and demos
• Maintain an organized log of vendor communications and status updates
• Manage calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Respond to routine correspondence on behalf of the Director of Technology
• Update internal documentation and manage a central repository of department documents and contracts
• Assist with tracking department budgets, invoices, and purchase requests

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Notion, Jira, or Asana
• Ability to work on-site in Playa Vista, CA 5 days per week
• Authorized to work in the US
