IT Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex digital transformation programs for clients in the oil, gas, chemical, and raw materials industries.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality IT projects, including cloud architectures and AI-based solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to top management, driving digital strategies from initial planning through to execution.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery excellence, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.
• Manage large contract volumes, stakeholder relationships, and international collaborations.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience in the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), including business analysis, design, development, testing, and rollout.
• Proven experience in IT program and project management, including stakeholder management and contract design.
• Industry experience within the Chemical, Raw Materials, or Energy sectors.
• Fluency in both German and English.
