About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic alignment with MOL Group business and IT strategies through digital-era leadership.
  • Lead and develop distributed IT Customer Service and End User Service teams, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of service improvements, digitalization, and process simplification.
  • Ensure operational excellence by overseeing KPIs, SLA performance, and service availability using a data-driven approach.
  • Manage the adoption of modern technologies, including automation, AI-based support, and self-service tools.
  • Oversee financial planning (OPEX and CAPEX) and manage vendor cooperation for cost-efficient operations.
  • Lead or govern IT projects through their lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • University or college degree.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or relevant fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in team management and professional project work.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation, proactivity, and end-to-end ownership of ideas.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • High resilience and the ability to manage stakeholders and make tough decisions.
