About the Company

The Lumber Manufactory (TLM) is building the future of sustainable lumber with next-generation sawmill technology. We design and operate state-of-the-art modular sawmills that produce high-grade dimensional wood products with greater efficiency and less waste.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including laptop provisioning, deployment, tracking, and retirement
• Support day-to-day system administration, including user account provisioning and access management
• Assist with cybersecurity practices such as endpoint protection, security hygiene, and compliance support
• Build and maintain workflow automations and IT documentation
• Troubleshoot internet, hardware, and software issues for the Seattle office
• Partner with the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager on networking needs and escalations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role
• Familiarity with laptop and hardware provisioning and IT asset management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection and access management
• Experience with system administration and user provisioning tools
• Ability to work in-office four days per week in Seattle

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to workflow or automation tools such as Slack Workflows or SharePoint automations
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware issues in an office setting
