IT Coordinator - Release Management

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between CoorB teams and downstream client teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Coordinate and track end-to-end release activities to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Support the release cycle by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to manage dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
• Organize and lead release-related meetings including planning, readiness, and status updates
• Maintain release documentation, status reports, and communication updates for stakeholders
• Monitor delivery health and promote best practices for consistent, high-quality releases
• Track issues, risks, and blockers to ensure proper resolution and follow-up
• Support testing, deployment coordination, and post-release validation activities
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, change management, and release standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT coordination, project coordination, or release management
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple teams (e.g., development, QA, operations)
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release processes
