IT Control Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage, modify, and develop computer systems required for optical fiber manufacturing
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for 24/7 manufacturing operations
• Work with production associates, technicians, and engineers to ensure reliable equipment operation via automated control systems
• Support process and product optimization and improvement efforts
• Provide training for engineers and production associates on new processes, equipment, or control systems
• Participate in capital projects and plant objective initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical role or relevant experience
• Strong computer programming skills in VB, .NET, or C
• Experience with Realtime systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating computers into manufacturing processes to increase efficiency
• Proficiency with MS Windows, iFIX, EthernetIP I/O, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with SCADA, Python, or motion systems
• Ability to troubleshoot simple low voltage electrical circuitry
