Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated IT support technician managing a high volume of support tickets and meeting SLA targets
• Handle intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting of computer, application, and network issues across Mac OS and Windows
• Provision, configure, and maintain user laptops, workstations, and accounts
• Support and facilitate client onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist on IT project deployments including MDM rollouts, network configurations, and hardware rollouts
• Manage physical assets including inventory and cable management
• Develop and maintain documentation and standards in line with SOC2 and HIPAA compliance
• Help configure automations and tooling for onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
• Exposure to MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune
• Experience with identity providers such as Okta
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals including Meraki and Unifi
• Basic understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and HIPAA
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on documented resolutions
