Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to determine requirements and define project scope
• Develop and analyze functional specifications and design business workflows
• Assist and facilitate development teams in implementing requirements
• Prepare documentation and test cases
• Perform troubleshooting, incident analysis, and software testing

Requirements

• University degree in IT or a related subject
• Strong understanding of IT principles
• Very good command of the English language
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
