IT Consultant - Digital Customer and Employee Experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize low-code platforms and custom-built solutions
• Design and implement functional solutions in close collaboration with end-users
• Build integrations and extensions to optimize platform ecosystems
• Map and improve business processes to create effective digital solutions
• Work cross-functionally on testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Expected graduation in Autumn 2027
• Strong interest in digitalization, IT, and emerging technologies
• Knowledge of CRM, collaboration technology, application development, or automation
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or academic interest in platforms such as Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, or Microsoft Power Platform
