Requirements

- Working knowledge of O365, Azure, Active Directory, Cisco, and Windows Servers
- Proven customer service and problem-solving skills in a client-facing role
- Proficient analytical and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware technical certifications
- Experience in the Managed Services (MSP) sector
