IT Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated on-site support for client network and infrastructure
• Analyze existing hardware, software, and network capabilities to provide strategic recommendations
• Consult with systems and users to gather requirements and improve system efficiency
• Assist with projects including cloud migrations, network refreshes, and virtualization refreshes
• Troubleshoot and analyze server and network systems
• Create and maintain detailed client environment documentation
• Manage competing priorities across multiple customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of O365, Azure, Active Directory, Cisco, and Windows Servers
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills in a client-facing role
• Proficient analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work both individually and in team environments
• Familiarity with backup solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware technical certifications
• Experience working in the Managed Services (MSP) sector
