IT Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively advise on IT risks and maintain the IT control environment, policies, and overall framework
• Perform compliance assessments for requirements such as NIS2 using frameworks like NIST SP800/53, NIST CSF, and NIST AI framework
• Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and the implementation of IT controls
• Design IT testing procedures to evaluate risk exposures and determine the effectiveness of controls
• Drive the creation of remediation solutions and exception documentation to closure
• Assist application teams with the creation and implementation of IT control objectives
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Internal and External Auditors
• Collaborate with key IT vendors on the coverage and quality of SOC1 reports
• Partner with the Corporate Controllership department in Finance and act as a subject matter expert for new SaaS solution implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Law, IT, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7 years of experience in IT Risk Management, Information Security Compliance, or SOX auditing
• CISA, CISM, or equivalent certification
• Proven background in auditing SAP and other IT controls, including automated and business process controls
• Strong understanding of SOX, NIS2, NIST CSF, and NIST SP800/53
• Experience with controls automation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coaching skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
