IT Commercial Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle including RFQ, RFP, vendor evaluation, and finalization
• Review, validate, and negotiate contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and commercial terms
• Drive vendor negotiations to ensure cost optimization and compliance
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate technical requirements into commercial scope
• Perform techno-commercial comparative analysis of vendor proposals
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit, and compliance standards in a regulated environment
• Track budgets, cost control, and procurement planning
• Coordinate with finance for POs, invoicing, and payment cycles
• Maintain vendor relationships and performance tracking

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in IT procurement or techno-commercial roles
• Strong expertise in RFQ, RFP, contract validation, and vendor negotiations
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software, licensing, or digital solutions
• Experience in commercial analysis and cost optimization
• Strong knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, BFSI, or trading environments
• Exposure to regulatory compliance, audits, and governance frameworks
• Understanding of IT sourcing, cloud contracts, and licensing models
