Responsibilities
- Create and provide technical support for IT collaboration tools.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve company efficiency and productivity.
- Install and configure technology related to IT collaboration tools.
- Perform periodic maintenance on IT collaboration tools.
- Perform periodic maintenance on IT meeting rooms and conference room technology.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Computing, or a related field.
- Experience providing technical support and customer service.
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 tools.
- Familiarity with videoconferencing systems, unified communications, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work onsite from Monday to Friday.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving work environment.
