IT Client Services Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain in-house computer systems, laptops, desktops, and peripherals both on-site and remotely
• Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user help requests and incidents to maintain SLA expectations
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware
• Install and configure Citrix applications and collaborate with developers to test program interoperability
• Field incoming Service Desk requests via telephone and email with a focus on timely resolution
• Perform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals
• Document all user identification and issue details, and perform post-resolution follow-ups
• Monitor and alert management to emerging incident trends and recommend hardware or software optimizations

Requirements

• 3 years of experience administrating both Citrix and physical clients remotely and on-site
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems
• Proven experience with physical client administration and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
