About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Sales and internal teams by providing technical guidance during client engagements and onboarding
- Design secure, scalable, and market-specific integration solutions for global last-mile logistics
- Identify opportunities to automate integration workflows and implement tools to improve operational efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues quickly while maintaining accurate technical documentation
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for pre-sales, integration, and support stages
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT system integration, ideally in a client-facing role
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies including APIs, EDI, databases, and cloud services
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges
- Experience working with clients across various global markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM and integration tools such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, or Zapier
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and specific protocols like JSON, XML, and SFTP
- Strong SQL skills, particularly for writing validation queries
- Experience in a SaaS or cloud-based environment within the logistics or transportation industry
- Multilingual skills in English, French, or Mandarin
