About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales and internal teams by providing technical guidance during client engagements and onboarding
  • Design secure, scalable, and market-specific integration solutions for global last-mile logistics
  • Identify opportunities to automate integration workflows and implement tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues quickly while maintaining accurate technical documentation
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for pre-sales, integration, and support stages
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT system integration, ideally in a client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of integration methodologies including APIs, EDI, databases, and cloud services
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges
  • Experience working with clients across various global markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM and integration tools such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, or Zapier
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and specific protocols like JSON, XML, and SFTP
  • Strong SQL skills, particularly for writing validation queries
  • Experience in a SaaS or cloud-based environment within the logistics or transportation industry
  • Multilingual skills in English, French, or Mandarin
