About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and manage change management plans and deliverables to a business-ready standard
- Run one or more change workstreams for IT Programme and Project Managers
- Drive business value and outcomes through measurable change management for both traditional and Agile deliveries
- Collaborate with peers leading change across other business areas
- Equip the business with the necessary skills to manage and sustain change
- Share knowledge to create a motivated and high-performing environment
Requirements
- Proven experience with S4/SAP Change management
- Direct experience working within the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry
- Expertise in Change Strategy and Planning
- Proficiency in Change Impact Assessment and Change Action Execution
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Communications Management skills
- Experience in Learning Needs Assessment and Change Network Management
- Ability to work on-site in London 5 days per week
