IT Business Services Specialist – Gen AI

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to identify challenges and translate requirements into AI use cases
• Evaluate feasibility and business impact of proposed AI initiatives
• Support pilot projects and proof of concepts for AI validation
• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI solutions like knowledge assistants and automation tools
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure and test AI-driven workflows
• Support user adoption through documentation, guidelines, and training
• Gather user feedback to improve solution quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent
• 10+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years in technical consulting, business analysis, or product management
• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI pilots, prototypes, or production use cases
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt design, and enterprise AI use cases
• Proficiency in Python and APIs
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with vector databases
• Experience designing enterprise Generative AI solutions using LLM frameworks
• Knowledge of web application development using .NET or Java
