IT Business Process Expert Record to Report – SAP S/4HANA & Digital Finance Solutions

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality R2R solutions aligned with Finance requirements and global process standards using SAP S/4HANA.
• Execute projects covering General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, VAT, Cash & Banking, and period-end close.
• Validate solution designs, oversee implementation, testing/UAT, cutover, and hypercare with IT and Finance stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate R2R processes using AI, intelligent reconciliations, and anomaly detection.
• Act as a trusted advisor between Finance/Accounting stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable system designs.
• Collaborate with shared service teams in Data & Analytics, RPA, AI, and Portal Solutions to deliver end-to-end outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance process optimization, business analysis, or consulting within a large, multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts (e.g., General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Intercompany).
• Deep expertise in Record to Report (R2R) processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on automation and AI to improve financial insights and close speed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of customized automated payments and host-to-host/bank connectivity integration in an SAP landscape.
• Experience with SAP Lease Accounting processes.
• Exposure to tax/localization topics such as VAT configuration and Intrastat reporting.
• Experience implementing Concur expense and P-Card.
• Familiarity with Prince2, Agile methodology, or the SAFe framework.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
