About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic interlocutor between Logistics Operations and the IT department
  • Identify, structure, and transform business needs into technological solutions to drive efficiency
  • Lead and coordinate logistics digitalization projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Manage and prioritize the technological roadmap for the logistics area
  • Coordinate internal and external teams, including IT staff, consultants, and vendors
  • Drive continuous process improvement through the implementation of new technologies
  • Ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions through training and business support
  • Identify new opportunities for innovation and optimization within the supply chain

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams or complex projects
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems in logistics settings
  • Experience implementing or evolving technological solutions within a logistics framework
  • Experience working in multinational or complex corporate environments
  • English proficiency at a C1 level or higher
