IT Business Partner for Sales

Responsibilities

• Act as the IT Business Partner for Sales-related functions, linking business units and IT
• Translate business requirements into clear IT solutions and delivery roadmaps
• Own and continuously improve Sales IT services, specifically focusing on SAP SD
• Align global IT standards with local and regional business needs
• Manage demand intake, prioritization, and execution for Sales initiatives
• Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and compliance with IT governance
• Drive continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash processes
• Support Sales digitalization and automation initiatives
• Act as an escalation point for critical Sales-related incidents

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in IT roles supporting Sales or Commercial functions
• Proven background as an IT Business Partner, IT Manager, or Senior SAP SD Consultant
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of SAP SD (S/4HANA preferred)
• Understanding of system integrations and EDI experience
• Experience working in international, multi-site organizations
• Willingness to travel within Americas, Asia, and Europe
• Advanced English skills
• Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals
• Experience in IT project management (waterfall and/or agile)
• Ability to manage external service providers and system integrators
