IT Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop capability roadmaps aligned with strategic initiatives and goals
• Collaborate with enterprise IT capability teams to ensure all business expectations are met
• Create essential reports and metrics to support efficient site operations
• Serve as the primary IT system expert for business systems used at the Fort Walton Beach site
• Evaluate business issues and engage appropriate resources to deploy high-quality technical solutions
• Present IT service offerings and processes to business unit leaders and end users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Walton Beach, FL
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with systems thinking across broad process and architectural landscapes
• Knowledge of GOLDesp or equivalent manufacturing/MRO systems
• Proficiency in SQL report writing
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong organizational and planning skills in cross-functional, multi-level environments
