Responsibilities

• Develop and structure a portfolio of clients and prospects
• Understand business, IT, and organizational challenges
• Build and propose value-added offers (technical assistance and fixed-price models)
• Contribute to the evolution of the firm's offerings and positioning
• Identify, qualify, and recruit suitable consultant profiles
• Support consultants throughout their missions
• Anticipate client needs, evolutions, and opportunities
• Establish long-term partnership relationships and ensure client and collaborator satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business engineering, ESN, or IT consulting
• Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent)
• Fluent English for international clients and contexts
• Ability to thrive in demanding and transforming environments
• Strong interest in both business development and collective teamwork
