Responsibilities
- Participate in qualification meetings
- Define response strategies
- Prepare tender response files
- Perform financial engineering
- Prepare customized commercial proposals
- Coordinate files between different services
- Provide long-term follow-up and participate in client evolution
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in outsourcing (ideally service desk)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an IT service sales environment
- Solid experience in commercial prospecting
- Ability to manage existing accounts and develop new business
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
