IT Business Engineer Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects including IT departments and technical managers
• Conduct prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and telephone
• Detect business needs for technical assistance, consulting, or IT development
• Analyze client technical and organizational challenges to prepare tailored proposals
• Identify, qualify, and maintain a talent database of technical profiles
• Prepare presentation dossiers for selected profiles and manage the interview process
• Update CRM and tracking tools to ensure commercial follow-up and client loyalty
• Monitor IT market trends and emerging skill requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business or engineering school
• Strong interest in the IT and digital sectors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Curious, tenacious, and autonomous mindset
• Proficiency with office tools, LinkedIn, and professional networks
• Previous experience in customer relations or sales is a plus
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its professional applications
