IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams, tackling complex and ambiguous business problems within the manufacturing domain.
• Translate site-specific manufacturing requirements into strategic IT infrastructure implementation plans to ensure operational efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, managing and prioritizing infrastructure demand and coordinating the delivery of new product implementations.
• Lead the analysis of business problems, perform domain research, and drive root cause analysis to deliver comprehensive requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and shape stakeholder perspectives to align project goals with business needs.
• Contribute to long-term solution roadmaps and ensure solutions provide demonstrable business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end BA workstreams and navigating ambiguous requirements.
• Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability.
• Technical foundation in IT Infrastructure, including Hardware, Compute power, Virtualization, and Operating Systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and availability for meetings outside of standard business hours to support global teams.
