IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for global IT solutions within Logistics and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) functions.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for WMS and OMS implementations.
• Collaborate with business partners, solution architects, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, and go-live.
• Provide technical and functional leadership for platforms such as Blue Yonder WMS and IBM DOM.
• Ensure seamless system integrations with e-commerce platforms, transportation management systems, and global logistics partners.
• Support hypercare and production operations to ensure system stability and timely issue resolution.
• Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams to ensure alignment on requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain technology.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile SAFe delivery methodology using JIRA.
• Proven experience in creating functional/technical user stories and interface mapping.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data mapping.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad 4 days a week and support US EST time zone hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile SAFe Product Owner and/or Product Manager certification.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY) WMS and IBM DOM.
• Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Master's degree in a related field.
