IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear deliverables, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Service Vertical Teams, and IT technical teams to facilitate alignment and support solution delivery.
• Analyze current-state workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommending system enhancements to improve usability and outcomes.
• Support AI-related initiatives by partnering with attorneys and practice groups to identify use cases and coordinate evaluation activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and maintain knowledge of firm-supported applications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required (College degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions in a high-stress environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a law firm or professional services organization.
• Experience in a client relationship-based environment.
