IT Business Analyst French-speaking

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams
• Model business processes using BPMN and design functional workflows
• Create and maintain functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support the definition and validation of REST APIs and system integrations
• Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in testing activities, including test case preparation and validation
• Act as a functional point of contact and support users during implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in business process modelling using BPMN
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Swagger, and JSON
• Experience preparing and executing functional testing activities
• Fluency in French and a good command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on public sector or eGovernment projects
• Knowledge of XML/XSD, JSON Schema, or data modelling concepts
• Experience creating UI mockups or functional prototypes
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
